Munger Place Prairie Style Home

This 1913 Prairie Style home in Dallas's Munger Place Historic District won first place in Historic Preservation at ASID's 2023 Celebrating Design competition. Carolyn brought this home back to its original glory while providing the owners with all the comforts of a modern home. After an intentional renovation, a mix of period reproductions and antiques were sourced to complement the original architectural elements. Soft, warm colors and natural wood tones invite guests into a respectfully renovated retreat that transports them to a simpler time.
